SASi Christmas Shop 2025

 SASi Members, bring work to sell for our “SASi Christmas Shop” – paintings, pottery, jewelry, mixed media, photography, woodwork, note cards, wearable art (knit, crochet, dyed silk), etc.

  • Deliver your Fine Art and Fine Crafts  Saturday, November 1, 2025 11 am to 4 pm and Sunday, November 2, 2025 1-4 pm, and through November 15 during usual Gallery Hours.
  • Table space is shared AND available first come, first serve. You can bring your own table and tablecloth if desired.
  • You are responsible for setting up your own table display.    
  • You MUST be a current Member of SASi to participate.
  • You may Renew your membership at time of entry. There is no entry fee. SASi retains 30% commission on all sales.
  • Use the inventory form attached to record your items. Paintings are entered on the same entry form.
  • We can hang wall artwork for you if needed. Your business card attached to work is helpful for future contact from buyers.

Labels

Artists, please LABEL ALL items clearly with Your 3 Initials and the number 200, Along with Price, Title or Item Description, Medium, and Your Name. 
Add a number to 200 (200-1, 200-2, etc.) and we can keep up with your inventory better.

Artists’ Labels: Computer printed labels are helpful for us to keep up with inventory and sales.  You can use Avery 6467 Removable Multipurpose Labels (stick on). They are small and easy to use.  These labels can be printed from an Excel file or typed into a Word file and sent to your printer.

FOR FABRIC/TEXTILES please add a CARE and CONTENT Label.  Example: 100% silk, hand wash

FOR JEWELRY – please list metal content: sterling silver, stainless steel, copper, etc. 


Schedule

Our Open House is the weekend BEFORE Thanksgiving, Saturday Nov 23, 10-3 and Sunday November 24, 1-4 pm.  This kicks off the sale of our 2026 silk screened Calendars “AMERICA”.

PLEASE Volunteer to help during Gallery Hours.  No experience necessary!

SCHEDULE: Reception/Open House: Saturday, November 22, 2025 10 am – 3 pm AND Sunday, November 23, 2025 1-4 pm; Pick up work: January 16-18, 2026, from 10 am – 3 pm (normal gallery hours)


Details

SALES: SASi retains 30% Commission from all sales. SASi handles all sales. Artists checks will be mailed the last week of December for Nov/Dec sales and the first week of Feb 2026 for Jan sales.

PICK UP ART: January 16-18, 2026. Art left 30 days beyond pick up date will become property of SASi.

ELIGIBILITY: All work Must be Your Original Creation and not from any copyrighted source. 

LIABILITY: Southern Arts Society (SASi) accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of artwork. Concerned artists should provide their own insurance coverage. SASi reserves the right to decline any works that do not meet our standards and to withdraw any work from the exhibition at its discretion. SASi reserves the right to photograph, video, and reproduce any entry submitted for educational, marketing, or publicity purposes. Entry in the Holiday Sale/Exhibition constitutes agreement by the artist to all conditions in this prospectus.

GALLERY HOURS: Wed – Thurs – Fri – Sat from 10 am to 3 pm, and by Appointment. Holiday Closings: SASi will be CLOSED November 27-28, December 24-26, 2025, and December 31-January 2, 2026.
