Bookmaking Workshop Pt. 1 – paste papers

Overview: Participants will make 2 large 18” x 24” pieces of paste paper and or other wet paper processes, to be used in the Saturday workshop for their books. We will also show samples of paste papers and other papers.
Bookmaking Workshop Pt. 2 – making books
Date: Feb 23, 2019 (Sat)
Time: 10am – 3:30pm
Overview: This session is devoted to book making. Participants will make a book using simple folding and signature sewing in the morning. In the afternoon, we’ll make more complex signature structures with the possibility of more books as time allows.
